Indications:
- Burkitt's lymphoma
Specimen:
1) tumor tissue
2) whole blood (ACD or EDTA)
3) store body fluid at 4 degrees C
4) store tissue at -20 degrees C or below
Notes:
- associated genetic aberrations:
a) Epstein-Barr virus infection
b) chromosomal translocation t8q24.1:14q32 (B-cell leukemia, Burkitt's lymphoma)
